Kelly began her workplace wellbeing career twenty years ago, working within employee assistance programmes, advising small and multinational, public, private and third sector organisations how to get the most out of their EAP.
She also has experience within human resources so understands the realities of how things work on the ground and the challenges organisations face – with this experience her work is grounded in ambitious but realistic programme development.
Kelly particularly enjoys developing and facilitating training courses and is an enthusiastic trainer with experience in a variety of wellbeing subjects. She holds a diploma in Stress management as well as being a Mental Health first aider. She also has experience of working as an associate facilitator for other organisations using their materials and delivering in line with their organisations messaging.
A psychology graduate, she continued her love of learning by undertaking a Masters in Workplace Health and Wellbeing beginning in 2018. She was awarded a competitive scholarship from Royal Mail Group after a successful first year of studies and went on to graduate with distinction in 2020. Obtaining a MSc means that Kelly’s ethos lies in evidence-based interventions with a focus on improving not only individual outcomes but on increasing productivity and encouraging the creativity that will benefit your organisation.
A mother of a tween and a teen, when not working Kelly spends her time picking up clothes from the floor, paddle boarding and taking campervan trips around the UK and Europe.
